We had a wonderful family vacation at the Blue Palace hotel. The stunning views of the Aegean Sea were a highlight, and we loved the spacious Maisonette suite with a private pool. However, the long check-in process after our travel was frustrating and needs improvement. Overall, the hotel offered excellent service, delicious food, and plenty of activities, making it a great choice for families visiting Crete.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views of Spinalonga from my room and the extensive breakfast offerings. However, the pool area was quite crowded at times, which took away from the serene atmosphere I had hoped for. Additionally, while the staff was mostly attentive, my arrival experience felt a bit rushed and could use some improvement. The overall value is good, although I expected a bit more given the price range.

The room was spacious and nicely appointed, but it didn't have a view of Spinalonga as promised, which was disappointing. Additionally, the layout felt cramped due to the furniture arrangement, and the sun barely reached our patio in the afternoon.
