Reviews and Ratings
We had a wonderful family vacation at the Blue Palace hotel. The stunning views of the Aegean Sea were a highlight, and we loved the spacious Maisonette suite with a private pool. However, the long check-in process after our travel was frustrating and needs improvement. Overall, the hotel offered excellent service, delicious food, and plenty of activities, making it a great choice for families visiting Crete.
Our stay at this resort was nothing short of magical. The views of the Aegean Sea and Spinalonga island were breathtaking, and the pools and beach provided a serene setting for relaxation. While the service was generally attentive, we experienced a few hiccups with forgotten orders that took away from an otherwise perfect experience. The dining options were diverse and delicious, though some meals exceeded our expectations while others could be improved. Overall, a lovely spot for a family getaway or romantic retreat.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel with stunning views and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful layout and a private balcony. The dining options were plentiful and the beach area was a delight. However, I found the noise from vehicles to be quite disruptive at times, and my initial encounter with pests was a concern that impacted my experience.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views of Spinalonga from my room and the extensive breakfast offerings. However, the pool area was quite crowded at times, which took away from the serene atmosphere I had hoped for. Additionally, while the staff was mostly attentive, my arrival experience felt a bit rushed and could use some improvement. The overall value is good, although I expected a bit more given the price range.
The hotel offers a wonderful setting with stunning views and a decent range of dining options. The rooms are well-kept and spacious, particularly those with private pools that add a nice touch of luxury. However, I did encounter some minor issues with service during certain meals, and I felt the water pressure in the room was inconsistent at times. Overall, it's a great place for relaxation, especially if you enjoy spa amenities.
